About us
Nova Dream is a Dublin-based alternative rock trio formed in 2023.
The band—Joshua Bartschi, Alex Bayley, and Gabriel Rizzo—grew out of a shared obsession with the melodic hooks of the Beatles and Oasis paired with the raw grit of Nirvana.
Since their debut, Nova Dream has quickly become a staple of the Irish live circuit. They’ve headlined iconic venues like The Workman’s Club, The Soundhouse, Anseo and Fred Zeppelin's (Cork), and were back-to-back selections for Whelan’s Ones to Watch in both Summer 2025 and early 2026.
Their high-energy set has also travelled across the water, with UK dates at The Peer Hat (Manchester) and The Gunners (London).
With a string of singles already out—including City Lights and Elephant in the Room—the band is currently gearing up for a new release in June 2026 followed by their debut EP.
